WARRANTY POLICY
The Manufacturer's warranty for the product you have requested applies for all orders shipped to you from Peaks and Plains. We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work toward that whenever possible.
If the product arrives damaged or incomplete, the customers must notify Peaks & Plains within 48 hours of delivery. The warranty sticker must be in place. The warranty covers parts and labor to correct malfunctions during normal use of the product. Peaks & Plains reserves the right to repair or replace the warranted items at our discretion.
Warranties do not cover: Tampering or altering of equipment, abuse, neglect, misuse or mishandling, damaged equipment, use of equipment for which it was not intended, equipment that has not been properly maintained, physical wear and tear, user error, batteries, light bulbs and cables. The warranty is void if warranty sticker has been tampered with or missing. If the item is deemed not to be under warranty, Peaks and Plains will notify you the customer of repair charges. The customer must approve repair charges in writing before any non-warranty repair can be performed. The customer is responsible for freight or shipping charges for sending warranty items back to Peaks and Plains. These charges may be reimbursed after the item can be evaluated and it is deemed reimbursable at our discretion.
